WHAT Church is true for us today in our present Dispensation? HOW is God presently dealing with the Nation of Israel (Jews) , His "Chosen People" (Gen. 23:2-3; Gen. 32:28; Exodus 6:7) and the Gentiles (non-Jewish people)? ACTS 28:28 says: Be it known therefore unto you (Jews), that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear (listen to) it. Unless one understands the dispensations, one cannot understand the Bible (God's Book), and it becomes a Book of confusions and contradictions. In Philippians 1:10, we are admonished to test the things that differ and having found them to be different, we should not mix them but rightly divide them (2 Timothy 2:15) Definition : A Dispensation is a period of time during which God deals in different times and various ways with man in respect to sin and man's responsibility.
